Job summary

No prior experience required as full in-house training over one year; a shift system including night shifts is in place, and you must be flexible to match service needs. This role supports a range of specialties and links to local NHS activity.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full in-house training over 12 months.
• Must be flexible to shift pattern including nights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive reprocessing service for the decontamination of reusable medical devices across theatres, wards and clinics.
• Support decontamination activity for Orthopaedics, General Surgery, ENT, Ophthalmic, Gynaecology and Urology as part of the service.
• Adhere to NHS Scotland values and quality standards in daily work.
