Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 2–4 years PQE in banking/finance.
• Strong academic credentials and drafting skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with LMA docs and intercreditor structures.

Responsibilities

• Execute loan and security transactions end-to-end.
• Draft and negotiate facility agreements and security documents.
• Lead due diligence and CP/closing activities.
• Coordinate signings and funds flows; post‑completion tasks.
• Collaborate with cross‑department teams and stakeholders.
