Overview of the role:

This role offers significant scope for growth and evolution, and a successful candidate will have the opportunity to broaden their exposure across product types and sectors, taking on increasing responsibility as they develop.

You will:

• Contribute to business development and thought leadership, and support trainee solicitors through coaching and supervision.
• Use legal technology and GenAI tools responsibly (e.g., document automation, drafting aids), following firm policy and practice group playbooks.

Key Responsibilities

• Acting for pioneering market participants, domestic and international.
• Provision of legal and commercial expertise.
• Working as part of cross-border and interdisciplinary teams to advise on corporate activities.
• Actively engaging in business development and thought leadership initiatives and seeking out opportunities for new work.
• Drafting legal documents clearly and concisely, creating solutions using legal knowledge and commercial judgement to advise and assist all of our clients.
• Attending networking and marketing events.
• Developing reliable relationships with the firm's clients, ensuring the highest quality of service and acting in a diligent, entrusted and professional manner.
