Arthur Cox LLP is seeking a Listing Executive to join the International Listings Services team in Dublin. You will support listing transactions from instruction to admission, working with clients, legal advisers, regulators and stock exchanges in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

The role offers the opportunity to grow international listings experience within a collaborative, high-calibre team, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and exceptional service.

Formación

• Experience in debt listings, capital markets, or related regulatory environments.
• Knowledge of stock exchange rules is an advantage.
• Experience with international listings is welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Manage debt securities listing applications from instruction through admission.
• Review prospectuses and listing documents against regulatory requirements.
• Develop experience across international exchanges.
• Maintain client relationships and liaise with regulators.
• Onboard new clients and manage matters for existing clients.
• Advise on listing requirements and interpret exchange rules.
• Prepare and review listing documentation for compliance.
• Manage workflows and timelines to secure approvals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and drive process improvements.
• Promote Ireland as a leading listing venue.
