Job summary

Camden Recruitment Partners is assisting a boutique advisory firm in Dublin to recruit a Manager for its Debt and Capital Advisory team. The role focuses on debt raising, structured finance and securitisation for banks, fintechs and non-bank lenders.

You will lead transactions from initial funding strategy to financial close and work directly with clients, lenders and investors. You will build models, analyse funding structures and manage day-to-day transaction workstreams while mentoring junior

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience across Debt Advisory, Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance, Private Credit or Corporate Finance.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Understanding of debt products and capital structures.
• Financial Services transaction experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

I am currently partnering with a boutique advisory firm that is looking to hire a Manager into its growing Debt and Capital Advisory team in Dublin.

A hands-on role focused on debt raising, structured finance and securitisation for banks, specialist lenders, fintechs, leasing firms and other non-bank financial institutions. Work directly with clients, lenders and investors, driving transactions from funding strategy to financial close.
