Formación

• Experience in debt advisory, leveraged finance or structured finance.
• Proven track record of executing financing transactions.
• Strong debt structuring, credit analysis and financial modelling skills.
• Experience negotiating financing terms and transaction documentation.
• Excellent client management and business development capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Transaction Execution – Lead debt advisory transactions from initial engagement through to completion.
• Debt Structuring – Advise clients on financing structures, refinancing and other debt solutions.
• Financial Analysis – Review financial models, forecasts, credit analysis and transaction materials.
• Negotiation – Support and lead negotiations around financing terms and transaction documentation.
• Client Management – Manage relationships with clients, lenders and other stakeholders.
• Business Development – Support deal origination, pitches and new opportunities.
• Team Leadership – Lead and support junior team members throughout transactions.
