Meraki Talent in Dublin is seeking an experienced Debt Advisory Senior Manager to join its corporate finance team. The role focuses on advising on financing solutions, capital structure optimisation and complex debt transactions for a diverse client base including private equity.

You will lead engagements, develop client relationships, mentor junior staff and contribute to business development, with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality results within tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in leveraged or structured finance and debt advisory.
• Strong expertise in debt structuring, credit analysis and modelling.
• Experience advising on corporate financing, refinancing or debt restructuring.
• Proven ability to assess financing options and capital structures.
• Experience negotiating with lenders and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on optimal capital structures and financing strategies.
• Lead debt financing, refinancing and restructuring engagements end-to-end.
• Develop financial models, credit analyses and debt capacity assessments.
• Engage with banks, private credit providers and other lenders.
• Support business development and mentorship of junior team members.
• Manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality results on timelines.
• Lead negotiations on terms, documentation and commercial conditions.
• Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and investors.
• Contribute to proposals and new client opportunities.
