Job summary

Interpath Advisory is expanding its Debt Advisory Group and seeking an experienced Manager to oversee end-to-end debt advisory for a diverse client base. You will lead meetings, structure financing solutions, and deliver rigorous financial analyses and materials to support transactions.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in debt advisory or corporate finance, advanced modelling skills, and a track record in negotiating with lenders. Strong client relationships and mentoring abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in debt advisory, corporate finance or related fields.
• Advanced financial modelling capabilities, with ability to build models from scratch.
• Expertise in structuring debt financings and assessing various capital structures (senior, junior, mezzanine, preferred equity).
• Proficiency in senior debt repayment modelling (IO, amortisation, interest roll-up).
• Strong analytical skills in debt covenant modelling (IRR, NPV, MOIC, ICR, DSCR, LTV, DY).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients, lenders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end debt advisory process for clients, including options appraisal, financing strategy, transaction execution and ongoing relationships.
• Lead client meetings and structuring discussions to develop tailored financing solutions.
• Prepare high-quality financial analyses, transaction marketing materials, and presentations.
• Conduct thorough credit analysis and assess market conditions to aid funding solution selection.
• Negotiate with lenders and other relevant parties to secure optimal terms.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, lenders and other stakeholders.
• Support business development by contributing to pitches and expanding client relationships.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process and methodology improvements.
