Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking a Deal Ops Specialist in Dublin for a 12-month hybrid contract. You will review quotes, advise on deal structure, and resolve CPQ/Salesforce issues to keep deals moving.

The role requires 3+ years in deal desk or quote-to-cash, familiarity with CPQ tools like Ironclad or DocuSign CLM, and experience with SaaS pricing models. Hybrid Dublin work arrangement with comprehensive benefits and a focus on aligning contract terms with billing and revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in deal desk or quote-to-cash roles, preferably in SaaS/cloud/AI.
• Experience with CPQ and contract platforms such as Ironclad or DocuSign CLM.
• Experience with subscription and consumption-based pricing models.
• Understanding of how contract terms affect billing and revenue recognition.
• Experience supporting sellers across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve quotes within policy and route exceptions for approval.

Deal Ops Specialist (Finance & Strategy, Deal Operations)

• 12-month contract
• Dublin 4, Ireland (Hybrid)
• €40-45/hour on PAYE

Responsibilities include:

• Review and approve quotes within policy, and route exceptions to the right approvers
• Advise sellers on deal and quote structure, including new contracts, amendments, renewals and replacements of existing agreements
• Troubleshoot CPQ and Salesforce issues that keep a quote from moving forward
• Prepare, review and redline order forms and amendments, partnering with Legal on non-standard terms
• Manage contract workflows from draft to signature, and hand off cleanly to Order Management
• Answer seller questions in intake channels quickly and accurately
• Spot recurring questions and friction, and work with Deal Velocity to automate, simplify and document them

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in deal desk or quote-to-cash roles, ideally at a high-growth SaaS, cloud or AI company
• Experience with CPQ tools and contract platforms such as Ironclad or DocuSign CLM
• Experience with subscription and consumption-based pricing models
• An understanding of how contract terms affect billing and revenue recognition
• Experience supporting sellers across time zones
