Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with two years of related work experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Colorado Driver's License required (as per qualifications).
• CPR/First Aid and QMAP certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise scheduling, hiring, performance management, training, and staff development.
• Monitor staff attendance, timesheets, and overtime usage to ensure accuracy.
• Provide high-quality care supervision and ensure safety, hospitality, and customer service for residents.
• Coordinate with nursing and management to implement care plans and address resident needs.
