Job summary

The Open College is seeking a Health Care Supervisor to oversee high-quality, person-centred care services in Dublin. This role involves managing a team of care assistants, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining the highest standards of care.

Qualifications

• Full Clean Driver’s license & access to own vehicle.
• Extensive and reputable experience in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct care supervision visits and risk assessments.
• Onboarding of new customers including detailed Care Plans & risk assessments.
• Evaluate and monitor the quality of care delivered to customers.
• Prepare, review and update customers’ care plans.
• React in a timely manner to any issues that arise.
• Create a harmonious working environment and manage conflicts.
• Assist with other duties as delegated by the Management Team.
