• Document and maintain activity records, participation, and evaluations.
• Assess and adapt the activity program to evolving resident needs.
• Maintain a calendar of activities and communicate it to participants.
• Coordinate and communicate with staff members.
• Post a monthly calendar of events.
• Arrange travel to off-site activities.
• Ensure all staff and participants follow safety protocols.
• Submit budgetary recommendations for equipment and supplies.
• Monitor patient health and provide reports to carers.
• Responsible for induction training for all Activity staff.
• Responsible for rostering Activity staff.
