BEAM Services is seeking a Day Services Coordinator to support Beam Day Services and the Day Service Manager in delivering safe, person-centred support across programmes. The role involves coordinating staff and resources, implementing organisational objectives and ensuring high-quality, consistent services.

Working closely with Members, families and multidisciplinary teams, the Coordinator will promote effective communication, smooth operations and positive outcomes for people supported by Beam

Qualifications

• A Level 8 Qualification in Social Care/Social Studies/Health Care or equivalent field is a requirement for this position.
• CORU Registered or in process of being registered.
• A qualification in Leadership & Management or equivalent field, to manage a Day Service is a requirement for this position.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Senior Management position in the care and support of Adults with Intellectual Disabilities &/or Autism.
• An extensive working knowledge & proven ability to interpret and apply legislation such as New Directions and the National Standards for Adults with Disabilities & the Health Act 2007
• Possess excellent people skills, be flexible and have experience with rapid and complex changing work environments.
• Display excellent communication skills & time management skills and be highly motivated.
• Excellent report writing & record keeping skills are required.
• Experience of working collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders in a Social Care setting as relevant to this role.
• They will maintain a high standard of work performance, attendance, appearance and punctuality
• A Full Clean Driving Licence is essential for this role.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate operational development across Beam Day Services.
• Support Programme Supervisors and staff to ensure services are safe, well-coordinated and delivered in a person-centred manner.
• Support the Day Services Manager in delivery of Day Services and implementation of organisational objectives.
• Coordinate staff and resources and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality supports across all programme locations.
• Collaborate with Members, families, multidisciplinary professionals and internal support departments to promote effective communication, operational excellence and positive outcomes.
