Job summary

Grand Hotel Malahide is seeking a full-time Day Porter to join our front-line team in Malahide, Co. Dublin. The successful candidate will provide a warm welcome to guests, assist with luggage, and help maintain a clean and inviting lobby and public areas throughout shifts.

Experience in a hotel or customer service environment is advantageous, and full training will be provided. A positive attitude and professional appearance are essential for delivering excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests with luggage on arrival and departure, including delivering to guest bedrooms.
• Assist guests with requests and provide information about the hotel and facilities.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and public areas.
• Move luggage and assist with deliveries as required.
• Support Food & Beverage by clearing and tidying tables during busy periods.
• Assist other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and guest service.
• Follow all health, safety and security procedures.
