Job summary

Cpl Healthcare seeks a Day Care Centre Coordinator in North Dublin. The role leads daily operations of an established Day Care Centre for older adults, including those living with dementia. You will drive person-centred care, community engagement and wellbeing initiatives.

Responsibilities include coordinating activities, supervising staff/volunteers, and ensuring safeguarding, compliance, and accurate reporting. A compassionate, organised professional is essential.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support (or equivalent)
• QQI Level 6 Supervisory Management (or equivalent)
• 3-5 years’ experience supporting older people and people living with dementia
• Experience managing a day care or community-based service
• Strong leadership, organisational, and IT skills
• Eligible to work in Ireland
