Job summary

Careers is seeking a Business Data & Systems Administrator in Cork on a 9-month temporary contract. In this role you will support enterprise data and systems across the business, collaborating with regional sales, finance, account managers and partners.

You will process master data requests, keep records accurate, update Tableau dashboards daily and monitor data flows between CRM, ERP and data management systems, ensuring timely responses and quality data.

Qualifications

• Experience in data administration, systems administration, or similar roles.
• Experience with large enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, MDM/CDM).
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Experience with Tableau, SQL or similar reporting tools is a plus.
• Degree in Business, Data Administration, IT or related field beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Process requests to create, amend, deactivate and deduplicate customer master data records.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure changes are approved and reflected across systems.
• Update Tableau dashboards daily and investigate data issues.
• Monitor data flows between CRM, ERP and data management systems; escalate issues.
• Perform data quality checks and cleansing using Excel and other tools.
• Respond to partner and stakeholder queries by email and internal systems.
• Support monthly claim audits with Finance by reconciling data.
