Job summary

The Recruitment Company is seeking a Data Science leader to head a team in Dublin. This senior, hybrid role combines people leadership, technical direction and stakeholder engagement to shape how Data Science and AI are used across the organisation.

You will work with technology and business teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions, drive ML production, and translate business needs into practical data-led outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Data Science leadership or management position.
• Experience across the Data Science lifecycle, including model development, deployment and monitoring.
• Strong background in Python or R, SQL and machine learning; experience with MLOps and production ML.
• Experience applying AI/ML to real-world business challenges and using cloud-based data/analytics technologies.

Your Experience

• 3+ years’ experience in a Data Science leadership or management position.
• Strong technical background in Data Science, including Python or R, SQL and machine learning.
• Experience across the Data Science lifecycle, including model development, deployment and monitoring.
• Good understanding of MLOps and taking machine learning solutions into production.
• Experience applying AI or machine learning to real-world business challenges.
• Experience working with modern cloud-based data and analytics technologies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to connect technical work with measurable business outcomes.
