Tuath Housing Association seeks a Data Manager to oversee data across the organisation, ensuring accuracy, validation and security. You will manage data collection, storage, analysis and reporting to support strategic planning and informed decision-making.

You will develop policies, ensure data protection compliance, and collaborate with departments to meet data needs while training staff in best practices and technologies used for data management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in data management, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of databases and data analysis procedures.
• Proficient in data management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement data management policies and procedures.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Manage output from databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize data quality and efficiency.
• Work closely with Head of IT to identify and address outputs from technical issues relating to databases and data collection systems.
• Provide training and support to staff on data management practices.
• Generate, interpret, and sense check financial and non-financial data reports to assist CEO and management in decision-making.
• Work closely with various departments to identify and meet their data needs.
