Responsibilities

• Scan and update documents in the management system.
• Review stock condition surveys and track issues to address.
• Upload and maintain information on stock condition, investment programmes and contractors’ performance.
• Maintain accurate property and asset data across systems.
• Review drawings, leases, and titles to confirm ownership and maintenance responsibilities.
• Input and extract data from the management system.
• Provide general admin support to the Asset Investment Team.
• Distribute mail and handle post.
• Perform other duties as required.
