Job summary
Intact Insurance is seeking a Data Programme Manager to lead the data workstream within the UK&I CIO Transformation, modernising the Commercial and Specialty Lines functions. You will translate business challenges into data strategies and develop an integrated delivery plan with measurable value.
You will collaborate with Transformation teams, manage risks, and drive incremental delivery while leveraging modern data platforms like Azure, Databricks and Power BI.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead large data transformation programmes.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into data solutions.
- Strong understanding of data platforms and ecosystem.
- Experience in insurance domain is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead the data workstream within the CL/SL Transformation programme.
- Define and prioritise data initiatives with clear outcomes.
- Develop an integrated delivery plan delivering incremental business value.
- Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical path activities.
