Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Data Platform Manager to own the strategy, architecture, and roadmap for a modern data platform enabling trusted data products, analytics, and AI across Orthopedics. Lead a Data Foundation overhaul to a scalable lakehouse using Databricks and cloud services.

You will guide governance, observability, and end-to-end data capabilities, partnering with data governance and business teams to deliver reusable, AI-ready data and platform continuity during business

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of relevant professional work experience.
• Experience leading design/implementation/modernization of a data platform or lakehouse.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Databricks, PySpark, Spark SQL, Python, SQL, Delta Lake, and cloud data services.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement Data Platform and Data Foundation strategy, target architecture, roadmap, and standards.
• Lead the design and evolution of a scalable Databricks lakehouse using medallion architecture and cloud-native services.
• Design and scale data ingestion and pipeline frameworks with batch and streaming patterns; ensure data quality and governance.
