Qualifications

• Experience leading data integration projects in large organizations.
• Proven ability to manage engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with AWS data services and Databricks.
• Strong Spark/Scala or PySpark skills for scalable pipelines.
• Familiarity with data formats and warehousing concepts.
