Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Data Platform Manager to own architecture, standards, and the roadmap for a modern data platform across Orthopedics. You will lead a Data Foundation initiative to overhaulate the data ecosystem with a scalable lakehouse using Databricks, cloud services, and medallion architecture.

You will drive reusable ingestion and data-pipeline capabilities, enforce governance, and provide technical leadership for business separation activities while ensuring platform

Competenze

• Minimum of six (6) years of relevant professional work experience.
• Experience leading data platform design and modernization efforts.
• Strong hands-on skills with Databricks and cloud data services.

Mansioni

• Own and implement the Data Platform strategy and roadmap.
• Design and evolve a scalable Databricks lakehouse using medallion architecture.
• Lead data ingestion, transformation, and data quality controls.
• Establish engineering standards, code quality and CI/CD practices.
• Oversee data governance and observability across pipelines.
• Lead internal engineers and vendor partners; manage delivery roadmaps.
