Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Data Platform Manager to own the strategy, architecture, and roadmaps for a modern data platform enabling trusted data products, analytics, and AI across Orthopedics. The role leads platform engineering standards, governance, and end-to-end data observability.

You will drive the Databricks lakehouse initiative, leverage cloud services, and guide internal engineers and partners through complex separation activities while ensuring continuity and future-state

Formación

• Minimum of six (6) years of relevant professional work experience.
• Multifaceted experience in data engineering or data platforms with leadership or ownership.
• Proven track record in designing or modernizing data platforms or lakehouses.

Responsabilidades

• Own and implement Data Platform strategy, target architecture and roadmap.
• Lead the design of a scalable Databricks lakehouse using medallion architecture.
• Design and scale reusable data ingestion and pipeline frameworks.
