Job summary

Cpl Group is seeking a Senior Data Modeler/Data Analyst to drive scalable data design solutions across operational and analytical platforms in Ireland.

You will partner with business and technical teams to understand data flows, build conceptual/logical/physical models, and ensure adherence to governance and standards. The role emphasizes collaboration with DBAs, architects and domain owners in an agile setting.

Qualifications

• Engage with business/tech partners to understand requirements and data gaps.
• Assess objectives and data requirements from analysis documents.
• Analyze data flows and processes to map data creation, transformation and consumption.

Responsibilities

• Define conceptual and logical data models to cover multiple subject areas.
• Create physical designs from logical models for OPS systems, data warehouses, and data lakes.
• Document and present database solutions for stakeholder approval.
• Promote reuse of data APIs and standardized data terms in catalog tools.
• Collaborate with DBAs/architects to build scalable data models.
• Identify opportunities to reuse enterprise data models for new projects.
