Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Finance, Accounting, or IT.
• Professional certifications such as ACA, CIA, or CISA are preferred.
• 2-5 years of audit experience, ideally in Banking or Brokerage.
• Proficiency with data analytics and MS Office (Access/Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of business lines, back-office functions, and support departments to assess compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support planning, fieldwork, and reporting to achieve audit objectives with Internal Audit team.
• Develop process knowledge and identify risk areas for assigned audits.
• Apply data-analytics techniques to test large data sets and strengthen audit coverage.
• Review processes for soundness and control effectiveness; recommend corrective actions.
• Engage with IB personnel to discuss findings and drive remediation actions.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve audit efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay current with securities and commodities regulations and standards.
