Job summary

JMG Solutions Ltd in Dublin seeks an experienced Planner to join its growing team on Data Centre projects. You will develop and maintain project programmes, monitor progress and resource use, and manage planning for tenders and live contracts.

Collaboration with project teams and stakeholders is essential. The role requires a third-level qualification in Construction Management or Engineering and at least 4 years in planning, with strong Primavera P6, Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Relevant third-level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a construction planning role.
• Proven experience in project planning and scheduling on Data Centre projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop contract and project programmer, including ongoing monthly progress reports.
• Monitor project progress, productivity trends, outputs and resource allocation.
• Manage all planning, scheduling and reporting requirements for tenders and live contracts.
• Work closely with project teams to support planning and program-related activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with project teams and stakeholders.
• Carry out short- and medium-term planning reviews and identify risks with mitigations.
• Review methodologies and explore alternatives to improve delivery and efficiency.
• Provide clear, accurate program updates to support outcomes.
