Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd in Dublin is seeking a Senior Planner (MEP) to lead the construction programme for a major data centre project. You will coordinate MEP scheduling, integrate subcontractor and OFCI schedules, and report progress to project leadership.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in large construction programmes, strong MEP planning, and proficiency in Primavera P6. This is a long-term role with career progression.

Qualifications

• Significant planning experience on large construction projects.
• Strong MEP planning experience.
• Proficient in Primavera P6.
• Data centre or mission-critical experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the MEP construction and commissioning programme.
• Integrate subcontractor programmes and OFCI schedules.
• Track progress and produce progress reports and look-aheads.
• Identify delays and support recovery planning.
• Present programme updates to project leadership and the client.
