Job summary

CTS Group in Dublin is seeking an experienced Bids Manager to lead the preparation and submission of high-quality bids for hyperscale Data Centre projects across Europe and beyond.

You will work closely with estimating, commercial, technical, engineering and operations teams to develop compelling, compliant submissions and manage the full bid lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with client requirements and CTS Group standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in bid management within construction, industrial or mission-critical environments.
• Previous experience delivering successful bids for large-scale construction projects.
• Previous Data Centre experience would be a distinct advantage.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, tender processes and commercial principles.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary bid teams and managing multiple tender submissions simultaneously.
• Excellent written, verbal and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify project risks, opportunities and value propositions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and bid management software.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and time management skills.
• Fluent English essential.
