Job summary

CTS Group is seeking an experienced HSE Assurance Officer to support governance and assurance for data centre projects across Europe from our Dublin office. This role will involve close collaboration with project teams and senior HSE leaders to ensure CTS standards are implemented and maintained.

You will drive continuous improvement, monitor performance, and provide assurance that projects comply with procedures and industry best practice. Travel across Europe and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety or related discipline.
• NEBOSH IGC, NEBOSH Diploma, ISO 45001 or equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years' experience in an HSE assurance, governance, auditing or site-based Health & Safety role within construction, industrial or mission-critical environments.
• Experience supporting HSE governance, assurance, auditing or continuous improvement programmes.
• Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, compliance, auditing and performance reporting.
• Experience reviewing risk assessments, permits to work, inspections, audits and incident investigations.
• Experience supporting HSE performance reporting, KPI analysis and digital HSE management systems.
• Fluent English essential.
• Willingness to travel across Europe as required.
• Previous Data Centre experience would be a distinct advantage.
