Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our Dublin warehouse on Damastown Industrial Estate. You will handle, store, and retrieve records, ensuring accuracy and safe, efficient operations within a busy warehouse environment.

This full-time role offers a 8:30AM to 5PM schedule, 23 days annual leave, private medical insurance, a contributory pension, life assurance, and additional benefits such as dental cover, Bike to Work, and fitness discounts.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in warehouse operations or records management preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office, warehouse management software, and handheld scanners.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, process, and store incoming records and materials according to procedures.
• Retrieve and prepare records at height in high racking systems.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain stock records.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Support an organised warehouse and collaborate with the team to improve efficiency.
• Assist clients with their records management needs and provide quality service.
