Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Digital Team Leader to join our Operations team in Rathcoole, Ireland. The role oversees daily receiving, distribution, and maintenance operations while upholding strict health, safety, and compliance standards.

You will collaborate with the Manager, team members, and external customers to drive operational excellence and foster continuous improvement in warehousing processes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing legislation, health and safety risk assessments, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Proven ability in written and oral communication, problem-solving, change management, and building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong Information Technology literacy, exceptional organization, and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
