Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end data center construction efforts, coordinating with site teams, design teams, and suppliers to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. You will drive governance, planning, risk management, and clear communication across cross‑functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in technical program management, construction execution, or project governance in data center environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate specialty contractor onboarding to the FIA prescriptive model while governing tender and delivery workflows.
• Monitor on-site installation processes to ensure adherence to scope, cost, and schedule baselines.
• Review IFC models and Basis of Design deviation analyses to evaluate scope, schedule, and cost impacts.
• Maintain the critical components inventory and track off-site manufacturing milestones.
• Promote a repeatability-first standard to reach 90% modular repeatability and shift 65% of labor off-site.
