Job summary

Google's Technical Infrastructure team seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering programs spanning data center networks and global infrastructure. You will plan requirements with internal customers and guide projects through the full lifecycle, from scheduling to risk management and executive communications.

You will manage engineering programs, hire and develop TPMs, align cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery at scale across regions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in program management.
7 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports.

Responsibilities

Direct management of a team of Technical Program Managers.
Partner with senior leadership to set and implement the network infrastructure delivery strategy for your region.
Own the delivery of the entire portfolio of data center network projects, driving effective execution at scale across multi-project programs.
Nurture relationships with partner teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
Drive process development and iterative optimization to streamline workflows and increase efficiency across your programs.
