Job summary

Google Dublin is seeking an FIA Execution Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end data center projects within the Field Integration Assembly program, enabling site teams to self-deliver while upholding FIA strategy.

The role requires 5 years in technical program management, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and strong collaboration with vendors, design teams, and regional sites to drive manufacturing-led solutions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding of specialty contractors to the FIA prescriptive model and govern tender and delivery workflows.
• Monitor on-site installation processes to ensure adherence to scope, cost, and schedule baselines.
• Review and approve IFC models and Basis of Design deviation analyses for scope, schedule, and cost impacts.
• Maintain critical components inventory and track off-site manufacturing milestones to mitigate delivery risks.
• Enforce a repeatability-first standard to reach 90% modular repeatability and shift 65% of labor off-site via prefabricated components.

Operating within the Nordics region (Mega Scale), the Execution Program Manager serves as a governance lead to minimize administrative burdens on site teams, ensuring they can focus exclusively on generating megawatts through standardized, repeatable solutions.
