Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Facilities Services Manager to oversee site operations and vendor performance across a data center campus in Ireland. The role emphasizes managing supplier contracts, ensuring reliability and safety, and delivering cost-effective, compliant services.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with regional operations and procurement, and drive resiliency planning to protect business continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in facilities service management or an equivalent role.
• Familiarity with regulations and standards in facility management within operations.
• Knowledge of data center or critical infrastructure industries is preferred.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication with vendors and teams.
• Proven track record in supplier management and building credibility with stakeholders.
• Ability to lead in a fast-changing environment and influence at senior levels.
• Background check completion is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all supplier contracts for data center infrastructure and services, ensuring performance aligns with terms.
• Monitor and report on campus operations regarding reliability and budget performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement a site facility service-management strategy aligned with standards.
• Lead campus resiliency planning and incident response to minimize disruption.
• Coordinate with Regional Operations and Procurement for vendor selection and governance.
• Evaluate current and future facility needs and contribute to strategic plans.
• Oversee space planning, IT infrastructure support, and cross-functional coordination.
