Job summary

E‑Frontiers is seeking an experienced General Commissioning Manager to join a major hyper-scale data centre project in Dublin. Reporting to the Campus Commissioning Manager, you will lead the full commissioning life cycle across electrical, mechanical, controls, EPMS, BAS and life safety systems, coordinating MEP subcontractors and third-party commissioning agents.

Qualifications

• Proven commissioning management experience on hyper-scale data centre projects.
• Strong MEP knowledge across electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience leading Integrated Systems Testing in live or near-live environments.
• Previous General Contractor experience on large-scale data centre projects.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing the Project Commissioning Plan.
• Leading system readiness, walk downs, energisation and commissioning activities.
• Managing IST, live testing, load bank testing, black building / black start testing and redundancy validation.
• Coordinating MEP subcontractors, vendors, OFCI teams and third-party commissioning agents.

• Managing punch lists, defects and non-conformance through to closeout.
• Overseeing test scripts, results, O&M manuals, as-built and handover documentation.
• Supporting phased turnover, client acceptance and transition to operations.

The company delivers large-scale mission-critical projects across Ireland and Europe, covering design, construction, MEP installation and commissioning.

The Role
