Alternative Heat Ltd in Dundalk is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to support our Data Center projects. You will prepare electrical design drawings, select plant, and define cabling routes across all project stages, from concept to completion.

This role emphasizes close collaboration with contracts managers and commissioning teams to optimise BMS controls, ensure health and safety compliance, and deliver build-ready designs aligned with client specs.

Formación

• Electrical design experience for data center projects.
• Ability to interpret and develop design drawings and specifications.
• Collaboration with contractors, clients and internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare electrical design drawings, plant selections, cabling routes and installation specifications through all project stages.
• Develop project-specific BMS control panel drawings and descriptions of operation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards; attend design meetings as required.
