Job summary

Air Apps is seeking a Data Analyst to analyze and interpret data, drive business insights, and optimize product performance. You will create reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to help teams make informed decisions and improve user experience.

This fully onsite role is based in Lisbon, with relocation support available. You will work with cross-functional teams, use Tableau/Looker/Power BI/Google Data Studio, SQL, Python or R, and stay ahead of analytics best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, BI, or related field.
• Strong SQL querying and data manipulation skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Data Studio).
• Proficient in Python or R for data analysis.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and statistics.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel or Amplitude.
• Experience with large datasets and cloud-based warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake).
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline optimization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior, product performance, and key business metrics to identify trends.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Data Studio.
• Collect, clean, and structure large datasets to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Define and track KPIs for marketing, product, and business performance.
• Work with SQL, Python or R to extract, analyze, and manipulate data.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to provide data-driven insights.
• Conduct A/B testing and experiment analysis to improve features and engagement.
• Identify bottlenecks in user journeys and funnels.
• Present findings clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Stay up to date with analytics trends and tools.
