Air Apps is seeking a Data Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights. You will analyze user behavior, measure product performance, and build dashboards with Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.

Strong SQL and Python or R skills are required, along with experience in A/B testing and cloud data warehouses. The role is fully onsite at the Lisbon office with relocation support available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or BI.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
• Strong analytics with Python or R for data analysis.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar tools.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake).
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline optimization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior and product performance to identify trends.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Collect, clean, and structure large datasets for accuracy.
• Define and track KPIs for marketing, product, and business performance.
• Use SQL, Python, or R to extract and analyze data.
• Collaborate with product, eng, and marketing to provide data-driven insights.
• Conduct A/B testing and experiment analysis to improve features and engagement.
• Present findings clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
