Job summary

The Recruitment Company in Dublin is seeking a Data Analyst on a permanent basis. This hands-on role combines data analysis, automation and process improvement to support better decision-making across the business.

You will work with stakeholders, use SQL and Python to analyze data, develop regression models and identify automation opportunities, taking ownership of projects and driving efficiency with autonomy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data analytics experience.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Hands-on experience with regression modelling / machine learning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data and deliver actionable insights to the business
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and solve business problems
• Use SQL and Python for analysis, modelling and automation
• Develop regression models and apply machine learning techniques
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency
• Take ownership of projects and work autonomously

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related
