Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science or related
• 5+ years in Information Systems, Digital, or Data & Analytics
• Strong requirements gathering and process mapping experience
• Experience in Agile environments (user stories, backlogs, sprints)
• Understanding of SDLC and validation/testing in regulated environments
• Experience with GxP, data integrity, validation a plus
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and English communication
• Exposure to AI/automation tools and data analytics

Responsibilities

• Capture demand with Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality teams
• Structure use cases for digital, analytics, and automation initiatives
• Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, backlogs
• Support solution delivery lifecycle: testing, validation, release coordination
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, data scientists
• Support validation activities and compliance for regulated systems
• Contribute to AI use cases and low‑code automation
• Assist in process mapping and data analysis to improve performance
