Job summary

BnM is hiring a Data and AI Manager to lead enterprise data strategy, governance, analytics capabilities, reporting platforms and AI adoption across the organisation. You will partner with business leaders to treat data as a strategic asset and to ensure secure, compliant, and ethical AI.

The role involves building data governance, delivering trusted dashboards, managing data platforms, and driving AI use cases end‑to‑end.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in leading data, analytics or information management functions.
• Experience managing technical teams and suppliers.
• Experience delivering data governance frameworks and BI platforms.
• Experience delivering AI, machine learning or automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Data & AI Strategy; lead governance committees.
• Establish enterprise-wide data governance and ownership.
• Deliver trusted reporting and dashboards; enable self-service analytics.
• Oversee data platforms; ensure scalability, security and performance.
