Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily/weekly work schedules for service teams.
• Assign daily service calls to service technicians.
• Log customer calls and direct to appropriate personnel.
• Build relationships with customers and dealers.
• Initiate and forward sales inquiries.
• Maintain service contracts with customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely responses.
• Oversee maintenance of company vehicles and compliance.
• Book travel for installation jobs as necessary.
• Be flexible with working hours and locations.
