Mater Private Network in Dublin Docklands is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Delivery Lead to drive execution of our cyber security roadmap across internal technology teams, strategic suppliers, and business stakeholders. This hybrid role reports to the CISO and sits at the heart of our digital transformation to strengthen patient care.

You will own security delivery, manage a backlog of risks and actions, and coordinate with IT, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely, auditable outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years’ experience with at least 3 hands-on in security or infrastructure.
• Experience in: Information Security operations, Security programme delivery, IT service delivery.
• Experience bridging IT and security in enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to read and understand firewall rules, policies, vulnerability reports, and vendor patch notes.
• Strong understanding of security controls and enterprise IT environments.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional delivery in complex environments.

Aufgaben

• Drive security roadmap execution across internal IT teams, application owners, and third-party providers.
• Maintain a backlog of security risks, actions, owners, and deadlines.
• Verify closure of risks through technical checks, not just evidence requests.
• Act as operational interface between security, IT, business stakeholders and external service providers.
• Escalate delivery risks and hold third parties to SLAs and deliverables.
• Run security delivery forums and provide clear reporting on progress and risks.
