Job summary

Jobtailor in Ireland seeks a senior cybersecurity leader to drive risk-based security programs across enterprise platforms and commercial operations.

You will partner with ISRM, business and tech teams to implement controls, protect data, and ensure compliance with ISO27001, NIST and related standards, while guiding cloud security and governance.

Strong leadership, communication and strategic thinking are essential to align security with business goals and drive adoption across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, IT, business or equivalent is required.
• Masters degree strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in IT/Engineering with a security focus and hands-on implementation knowledge.
• Comprehensive knowledge of security tech across identity, endpoint, network, cloud and platforms.
• Experience with MedTech commercial functions and enterprise technology enabling customer engagement.
• English fluency required; additional languages a plus.
• Experience with security standards (ISO27001, NIST, etc.) is required.
• Certifications (CISM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage project teams early to drive security understanding and enable technology solutions.
• Provide end-to-end support for large programs.
• Tailor security guidance aligning with Asset Protection Policy for initiatives.
• Drive cybersecurity adoption across Vision Commercial teams and markets.
• Promote best practices to protect data across platforms and workflows.
• Lead cyber operational portfolio from identification to remediation with ISRM, business and tech.
• Establish data analytics to report security posture across units.
• Assist Cyber Defense Center with incident investigation and liaison with central team.
• Drive understanding of privacy and data protection requirements in platforms and data flows.
• Support global deployment of security initiatives with awareness sessions.
• Drive security gap assessments and remediation for new market/platform integrations.
