Job summary

You'll collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders and external partners to embed security in strategy and operations.

Qualifications

• Strong background in information security or security programme management.
• Experience delivering security projects in complex environments.
• Solid governance, risk management and compliance knowledge.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST and CIS Controls.
• Experience with Microsoft security technologies and cloud environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on delivery.
• Experience with security operations, incident response or tooling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead security projects and programmes from planning to delivery.
• Mature the security operating model.
• Oversee endpoint, cloud, identity and vulnerability management.
• Support security architecture reviews and risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain security policies and standards.
• Manage audits, compliance activities and risk reporting.
• Lead incident response and drive continuous improvement.
• Support data protection and information governance.
• Deliver security reporting to senior management.
• Increase security awareness through training and engagement.
