Asana is seeking a CX Technical Enablement Partner based in Dublin to lead technical training for Support and Professional Services, diagnosing capability gaps and delivering high-impact learning programs to close them. Expect a balance of strategic advisory (about 40%) and hands-on content creation (about 60%), enabling CSMs to drive adoption, retention, and growth.

You’ll report to the Head of CX Enablement as a core member of a focused team accelerating customer readiness across Asana and AI

Competenze

• Experience implementing, architecting, or demonstrating the Asana platform or similar enterprise collaboration tools.
• Proven track record in technical enablement and instructional design.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders to diagnose skill gaps and build scalable enablement roadmaps in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong technical depth across SaaS concepts including APIs and integrations.

Mansioni

• Act as the primary enablement strategic partner for Support and Professional Services leadership.
• Own and prioritize enablement roadmaps with measurable training impact.
• Design, build, and deliver technical curricula (architecture, configuration, APIs, integrations).
• Develop engaging digital content, eLearning modules, and live trainings.
• Build and scale technical certification programs for multiple teams.
