Qualifications

• Experience in technical enablement or trainer roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to diagnose skill gaps and build scalable enablement roadmaps.
• Strong instructional design and content development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enablement roadmaps for Support and Professional Services leadership.
• Design, build, and deliver technical curricula including APIs, integrations, and demos.
• Develop engaging digital content, eLearning modules, and live trainings.
• Build technical certification programs for multiple teams.
• Collaborate with AI Product Enablement to roll out new capabilities.
