Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer facing or support help desk environment.
• Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Ability to produce written reports and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; fluency in European languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and log all customer calls.
• Ensure inbound calls are answered promptly.
• Remote customer auditing and reporting.
• Monitor high priority customers on the Watch List.
• Act as point of contact for client queries and escalations.
• Carry out system changes using Kelsius configuration tools.
